Reverse 911 emergency alert service is the most powerful public safety service that no one knows about. Reverse 911 is a service of local first responders providing specific warnings for specific loacations. The service is provided under a variety of names and capabilities with most sedning alerts via cell, text, voice and email messages. The service is free for all but only IF PEOPLE REGISTER.

SafetyInformed.org provides a ZIP code search for local registration websites. We also provide free safety and emergency preparation content.

Please distribute the one page Poster either printed or electronically. Reverse 911 is availalbe in all 50 states of the USA. For now our materials are in English only.

We focus on outreach to create awareness, making the registration process easy and providing follow up education realted to safety and emergency preparation. We work nationally in the USA primarilly through online and print media.

Description

Social Good Fund/ SafertInformed.org is a qualified non-profit. We are the first national emergency notification (Reverse 911) search service. Our goal is to educate mobile device owners about registering their devices with local First Responders to receive more precise warnings and instructions in the event of a local emergency, disaster, or crisis. Families will also learn how to prepare for the most common emergencies.
