The Lincoln Park Community Shelter is a comphrensive social service agency that offers programs to help individuals experiencing homelessness through five different programs. Four of these programs are privately funded and LPCS is looking for help with grant research and grant writing to help us with continuing to empower life changes in the lives of homeless men and women!

The mission of the Lincoln Park Community Shelter is to empower homeless individuals to make life changes.
Description
The Lincoln Park Community Shelter is a community-based, privately funded organization. LPCS provides meals, overnight shelter, and other services 365 days a year. The "On Track" program empowers clients to make progress towards substance abuse recovery, mental stability and/or employment. The Shelter provides case management services that includes assessments, goal-setting, referrals, advocacy and follow-up.
