Teachers are needed to teach English to adults in organized classes at Project Light location. Most teachers teach 1-2 classes per week( 2-4 hrs) when they are able for a season or year-round.
The school has comfortable classrooms, textbooks, support and training. There are 5-10 students in a group that come when they can, so the teacher should be flexible and resourceful. Some teaching experience is very useful.
Training is provided individually or in groups throughout the year as needed. Retired teachers find this a rewarding experience. We are closed the month of June, July, and the beginning of August.
Classes are from 9-11 am (Monday thru Thursday), or Monday/Wednesday, and Tuesday/Thursday 6:30- 8 pm.
One class - Monday & Wednesday 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
