Compassionate Care hospice has openings for caring people who will make a terminally ill person's end of life journey more comfortable. The volunteer has the opportunity to sit with a patient and bring emotional support and friendship. We have opportunities in your area to visit our patients in facilities or in their homes.

We provide training for you to feel equipped to have an impact on someones life. We will supervise you on your visits till you feel comfortable on your own.

We do require background checks and a two step PPD test.

We would love you to join our community of volunteers so you can bring comfort and emotional support to another person's life.

Founded in 1993, Compassionate Care Hospice is a community based organization committed to providing the highest quality of hospice care to patients, families and close friends. We care for terminally ill patients with a wide range of end stage illnesses.

At Compassionate Care we are committed to quality of life, which enables patients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, with their loved ones. We provide the special care and services that make that choice possible.
