About

If you could help not just one girl, but 15, gain a stronger sense of identity, greater self-acceptance, a healthier body and an understanding of what it means to be part of a team in just a couple hours a week, would you? If so, then consider becoming a coach for Girls on the Run! Teams of volunteer coaches facilitate an easy-to-follow curriculum with a group of girls over the course of 10 weeks. Teams meet twice a week for 90 minutes during afterschool hours. Amidst the conversation, laughter, hugs and energy awards, you will witness transformational change in the girls and don’t be surprised if you realize that you are positively changing as well! Ready to make a difference and encourage girls to realize their full potential? The first step is signing up - we are currently accepting applications for Junior Coaches (must be at least 16 years old), Assistant and Substitute Coaches (must be at least 18 years old) and Head Coaches (must be at least 21 years old and female). Apply today! http://www.gotrri.org/get-involved/become-a-coach/ https://www.raceplanner.com/volunteer/signup/XNPJDVAZDZTGWVE
