Mission Statement

The Challengers of Injustice Fund (C.O.I.F.) aspires to be a national organization whose intended purpose and objectives are found upon the inequity of justice within our varied jurisdiction of laws that claim to be a body or system of laws created by the people for the common good of all people. The MISSION of the Challengers of Injustice Fund is to identify and expose all injustices within all our Courts of Competent [and Legal] Jurisdiction, thus ensuring the equality of rights of all people to include the assurance of equal access to our courts of laws to redress their grievances and by educating disenfranchised citizens through a "Legal Knowledge of Rights" program.

Description

C.O.I.F. was established in the wake of social injustices that have plagued many of our citizens and communities. Our citizens, many of whom are underrepresented and excluded from meaningful participation in cultural, economic, legal and social structures, are victims of corporate greed, discriminatory practices, antisocial attitudes, governmental and judicial corruption, and extreme financial inequality.

It is because of such disparities that the organization’s name, its acronym, and motto were created by its founder and backed by its board of directors to signify our role in 'Challenging the Causes of Injustices.’ We know that it matters when just one citizen personally suffers as a result of injustice and robs the majority of the underrepresented citizens of the right of equality. C.O.I.F. has a moral and social duty to remove the barriers of injustice and to affect social change, thus assuring a system of justice that conforms to the moral principle that "All Men Are Created Equal.
