FD Warriors Inc. is hosting a VIRTUAL 5K!
What this means is that when you sign up, we will send you a shirt, bracelet, and race bib, and you run, walk, or wheel yourself to finish the 5k!
You can do this anywhere you want, any time you want!
The LAST day to sign up is April 30, 2016.
Sign up fee is $35 USD and a flat rate $7 shipping
(if you are outside of the USA shipping with be a little more, message me for details.) ...

Mission Statement
**Our mission at FD Warriors, Inc. is to raise funds throughout various communities by spreading awareness and financially helping those who suffer daily from the effects of Fibrous Dysplasia and/or McCune Albright Syndrome. **Our ultimate goal is to relieve the burden from the financial strain left from medical expenses patients incur while receiving treatment for this debilitating disease. Goals: To provide funding for medical assistance To raise awareness for a proper and a quicker diagnosis To support patients effected by FD/MAS which leads to a better quality of life ** Objectives: Providing financial support so patients and families are not forced to declare medical bankruptcy.
Description
FD Warrirors is a nonprofit organization that was created specifically to help family affected by Fibrous Dysplasia/ McCune-Albright Syndrome with their medical expenses. We understand that medical bills can, and will, pile up and be overwhelming. We are here to help as much as we can.
FD Warriors was created and is ran by 3 women who has FD themselves. We are here for emotional support as well as financial support.
