���Preparing youth for life beyond the playing fields���

Volunteers work in an exciting, fun and diverse atmosphere. Whatever your skills, interests or availability, you’re invited to explore volunteer opportunities and discover the joy in serving well deserved youth in the area of Visual and Performing Arts, Dance, Music and Home Economics. Our volunteers serve as an essential component of our effort, providing support to virtually all aspects of Arts in the area of drama, music, creative, cultural, visual and dance.

T.A.P.S, Inc. volunteers are a diverse group of task-oriented, hands-on volunteers, ranging from students to retirees. They represent Mecklenburg county community connected through a shared love for the arts and their community.

At T.A.P.S we are preparing youth for education, self-sufficiency, Corporate America, and tomorrow’s challenges, while developing athletic talents using the meduim of sports

Description

We are Teaching Athletes Plans for Success Inc. (T.A.P.S), a nonprofit organization supporting at-risk urban youth. Our goal is the help our youth recognize their full potential on and off the playing courts and fields. We strive to assist our youth in identifying their strengths and develop a plan to execute their dreams
