We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of successful grant proposals. A strong foundation in research, communication, and partnership building are necessary attributes. Responsibilities include, identifying and researching funding sources aligned with the organization’s mission and scope, preparing grants for submissions, maintaining documentation and planning for future solicitations.
Skills:
Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive proposals.
Strong editing skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of fundraising information sources.
Experience with proposal writing and institutional donors.
Knowledge of basic fundraising techniques and strategies.
Knowledge and familiarity with research techniques for fundraising prospect research.
