Do you want to live in a healthy, hunger free community? Join Missoula Food Bank's volunteer advocate program today! Volunteer Advocates at Missoula Food Bank have the opportunity to learn more about the causal issues of hunger during advocate monthly meetings, respond to action alerts regarding important legislation, and assist people with SNAP applications. Volunteer advocates have the unique opportunity to participate as much or as little in advocacy activities while using their skills or passions to create their ideal volunteer position!

-An ADVOCATE is someone who works to affect positive change and supports programs and policies to reduce the number of persons who suffer from hunger and food insecurity.

-Advocates want to create a better future and improve the lives of people in their community.
