iAMERICA is a multi-disciplinary, evidence based, family centered, people oriented organization specializing in comprehensive medical health, Autism, Chemical Dependency, Behavioral & Mental Health, and Chemical Dependency Diagnosis. We provide care based on the medical needs not ability to pay. We provide both outpatient and community based services. We are a dedicated team of professionals who understand the struggles therefore we try to accommodate your needs in the way which would best suit your circumstance. We strive to help each individual identify, adapt and effectively deal with difficult times both at our facilities and in the community settings.
Description
We have been open for more than 5 years serving Detroit and Metro Detroit areas as full service medical and mental health clinics providing medical, substance abuse , psychotherapy, psychiatric services, case management and social services. We are in process of establishing low cost medical clinic (free for those who can't pay) and a pharmacy as well will expending our community outreach services in the following areas.
