The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit that empowers people in need in St. Louis to get healthy through free fitness and nutrition opportunities. Come change lives with us...we need volunteers to pick up food at one to three locations on Saturdays, and drop them at our freezer in Pagedale, MO.....and/or deliver this food to families in need in mostly north St. Louis and St. Louis city. Whether it's once or every week, we need your help in feeding people in need.
