Do you have a heart full of compassion and willing to share that with someone who is on their final Journey? If so, we need you at Journey Hospice! Looking for volunteers to provide companionship to patients entering the final days of life. The rewards are more fulfilling than you can imagine. The stories you'll hear, the people you'll meet, the moments you'll share are so wonderful that you'll leave each visit with a sense of having truly experienced a once in a lifetime opportunity. Training is free - I'll even come to you! Mileage is also reimbursed. Please consider paying it forward because all of us will one day be on our final Journey.

To provide comfort, relieve physical, emotional and spiritual suffering, and promte the dignity of terminally ill indiviudals. To ensure a nurturing, supportive environment for our hospice care team. To develop a strong partnership with the community to ensure comprehensive end-of-life care is available to each eligible individual.
Description
We are a new hospice organization that has only recently began accepting patients. We are serving 10 patients at this time with a projection of 30 patients by the end of August.
