We invite you to join us at Panther Island for our annual Tarrant County Great Strides walk on May 21st! Walk day is a fun, family-oriented event with a healthy 5K walk, Kids' Korner activities, food, and festivities!
Friends and families from all across North Texas will come together on one day for one cause...to raise vital funds for cystic fibrosis.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the following:
- Set-Up
- Clean-Up
- Manning tables
- Rest Stops
- Registration Table
- Kids' Korner
Your assistance is greatly appreciated and helps us make great strides in reaching our goals!

Mission Statement
The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives by funding research and drug development, partnering with the CF community, and advancing high-quality, specialized care. We will not rest until we find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis.
Description
Our approach to curing cystic fibrosis and caring for those affected by the disease is three-fold. The CF Foundation funds more innovative, groundbreaking CF research than any other organization in the world. We provide expert care for people with CF through our nationwide network of accredited care centers. We help people with cystic fibrosis and their families get the tools and support they need to lead healthy, productive lives, today.
