To empower and prepare youth for college admission and graduation through a unique approach based upon a greater cultural understanding as a guide to personal, academic and professional excellence as future leaders. Our mission is simple- we wish to create positive change in our communities and in our world.
Description
We have discovered through research, studies and reports, but more importantly from our own outcomes, our mission is achievable through the development of our youth as educated, articulate, intelligent, compassionate, ethical and thoughtful leaders.
AGUILA Youth Leadership Institute is a unique college access program designed to serve a growing number of youth navigating through their academic, personal, and professional world. The institiute provides a comprehensive support system to ensure the success of each student though a personalized plan.
