Client Services Front Desk Reception
Volunteers are used in the reception area to answer phones and assist people coming into the Center. Because the front desk is usually the first contact for anyone calling or coming to the agency, it is important that volunteers are friendly, possess good communication skills, and have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system. Receptionists direct calls to staff, handle questions, and provide information regarding Community Center.
Shifts: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm, 1pm-3pm or 3pm-6pm
