We have several opportunities for volunteers from docenting to volunteering behind the scenes in our collections. Volunteers are used in virtually every area within the museum. If you are interested in volunteering please contact us at volunteer.samnoblemuseum@ou.edu. You don't have to be a scientist or know anything about a specific subject. Our only requirements are that you are willing learn, spread the word about our museum, and enjoy interacting with others who have similar interests.

Description
The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History seeks to inspire minds to understand the natural and cultural world through collection-based discovery, interpretation and education. The Sam Noble Museum is located on the campus of the University of Oklahoma and features 13 collections areas in the biological science, cultural science and paleontological science areas.
