So after a nail-biters, our Chicago Cubbies are world champions. So are you wondering what to do with your extra free-time that you have utilized watching the Chicago Cubs?
Perhaps now that you have a little bit of extra time on your hands, did you want to learn about volunteering opportunities in Albany Park (North side of Chicago--across from Gompers Park)?
Our volunteers who visit with hospice patients tell us that volunteering with Hospice is life-changing and one of the most rewarding experiences of their lives and we need your help!
If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity where you make a difference, come and find out more information about hospice care during our orientation/introductory class. There are all different types of volunteering opportunities available--even opportunities where you specifically don't have to meet a patient 1:1.
RSVPs are required. Depending on your schedule, I'd be happy to discuss the opportunities with you over the phone or in person at our Foster/Pulaski location.
