Do you have a passion for music, art, sports, computers, cooking or another favorite hobby? Why not share it with a young person? AIM is in need of adults to serve as mentors for youth ages 12-18. AIM works with youth involved in the fostercare and juvenile justice systems to provide them the support, guidance and skills to be successful. AIM provides a mentor training and support network.

Mission Statement
The mission of AIM is to support at-risk youth through caring adult mentoring relationships and innovative programming that empowers them to achieve their full potential and become valued contributing members of their communities.
Description
AIM is a 501(c)93) nonprofit youth-serving organization that was developed at IUPUI in 1996. AIM works with youth ages 12-22.
AIM's vision is that all youth will have access to the tools, resources and support necessary to develop their strengths, overcome barriers and successfully transition into happy, healthy, self-sufficient and contributing members of their communites.
Our guiding philosophies include:

We help them learn from the mistakes they have made in the past.
We strive to educate the public about the importance of our work and the needs of the youth.
AIM provides the following services for transitional and at-risk youth.
Youth mentoring, tutoring, career exploration workshops, employment coaching, culinary/food-based job training, and healthy cooking and nutriton workshops.
