TLC Meals on Wheels in Littleton has a need for weekly drivers and substitute drivers on an as needed basis. Volunteers pick up meals at our facility between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., then deliver to approximately 15 to 18 residences in the Littleton, Centennial, and Englewood area. Total time commitment is approximately 2 hours.
TLC Meals on Wheels has served meals to homebound seniors and disabled individuals in the South Metro Denver area for 50 years. Currently we deliver over 460 hot nutritious meals daily between 11:00 and 1:00 every weekday. Yet we provide much more than a meal, as for many of our seniors our volunteers are the only people they see during the day. Our volunteers, many of whom have been with us for decades, find the immediate impact of their work very gratifying.

Description
Nourish Meals on Wheels delivers hot, nutritious lunches to our neighbors in need Monday through Friday, as well as groceries and pet food on a monthly basis to those in need. Our service assists elderly and handicapped individuals so they can stay in the security and comfort of their own home. Delivery of hot noontime meals provides nourishment and regular contact with our friendly drivers who truly care about our clients.
