Hello!
We are seeking female musicians to feature at the beginning of episodes of our TRUE CRIME PODCAST launching ASAP. As we compare, contrast, educate, and discuss the lives of women around the world, music is the universal language we will employ to bridge gaps and build bridges.
Musicians can be female solo artists and/or part of a female band. Participants must provide a complete song to be featured at the beginning of each podcast episode along with biographical, touring, and links to media (e.g. Facebook, Website, Twitter, Instagram, etc). This podcast project at large will be focused on issues affecting women around the world to promote advocacy and raise awareness.
If you are a female soloist, member of an all-girl band, and/or know of individuals that might want to participate, send all interest, inquiries, and the following information to apply.tso@gmail.com or jenni.coble@gmail.com for consideration:
1) Name of soloist/band (include members);
2) Country of origin;
3) A short 2-4 sentence bio;
4) Picture of the artist(s);
5) Audio clip of the song you would like used for the episode(must be clean/without profanity);
6) Website and/or link to music (if available;e.g. Soundcloud, etc);
7) Details regarding an upcoming tour schedule (if applicable; must be happening in the next 6 months).
We really believe in this project so if you are interested in getting started with our team, we are looking for dedicated, reliable women who want to affect change and work to achieve gender equality around the world. You must be at least age 21 to qualify. This is a NON-PAYING opportunity.
Right now, we are working on several different projects so please put "Musicians Submission" in the subject line of your email. Upon receipt, you will be provided with details on the next steps within a few days.

The Survivant Organization works to eradicate domestic and sexual violence among young women aged 16-24 through research, interactive education, and advocacy.
Description
The Survivant Organization (TSO) is a newly formed non-profit dedicated to eradicating domestic and sexual violence in females aged 16-24 through research, interactive education, and advocacy. One in every four women will experience domestic and/or sexual violence. But girls in this age range are four times more likely to experience these kinds of violence over any other age group. TSO implements programs that increase awareness, create safety plans, facilitate legal representation, and provide additional neccessities for survivors on their journey to recovery. Every woman we assist will be provided with holistic solutions, guiding survivors towards a life free from violence and abuse.
