The Clay Studio Assistant will assist floor staff in the basic functions of running the clay studio including wedging clay for reuse, maintaining a clean and healthy environment, and engaging in creating a positive atmosphere. In addition, volunteers will help create, inspire, and encourage creative thinking through positive interaction with patrons both young and old. Volunteers must be comfortable with clay or other art media and willing to assist children in their creative processes. Volunteers should enjoy and delight in working with young children and their families.
