Mission Statement Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice is a growth company dedicated to providing compassionate high-quality home health care. We achieve this by recruiting professional and caring staff to encourage our clients to be active participants in their care by providing an atmosphere of supportive leadership. We value strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our referral sources, employees, clients and their families as well as the community at large.
Organization Description
Heartland Hospice is a special kind of care designed to provide comfort care as well as spiritual and emotional support for individuals in the final phase of a terminal illness. Hospice focuses on enhancing the quality of life, rather than length of life. It neither hastens nor postpones death; it affirms life and regards dying as a normal process.
The hospice program stresses human values beyond the physical needs of the patient. Hospice ensures patients spend their final days in dignity and comfort. Heartland Hospice's program utilizes a team approach to meet the physical, social and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.
We'll work with your schedule.
