The Hidden Valley Wildlife Area & Nature Center is our most popular destination for school field trips, outdoor enthusiasts, and local hikers, bikers, and riders throughout the year. We see a lot of visitors come through our gates and we are looking for a few great volunteers to help us out throughout the week.

This volunteer recruitment is for WEEKDAYS & DAYTIME only. We need volunteers during business hours from 8am to 5pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays! Volunteers can make their own schedule and do once a week for eight hours, twice a week for 4 hours each, whatever works for you! All we ask is that you make a weekly committment to be here and help our wonderful staff educate children and visitors from all around.

Volunteers will help lead school tours (after you've been trained of course!), help lead groups in our new Outdoor Classroom, help maintain our native plant gardens, and so much more.

This is a great opportunity for our retired community members who are looking for a way to spend their time. We offer a great volunteer program loaded with perks, where you will get the training and orientation you need to have fun and be good at what you do.
