The Worldview Project will be holding its annual Harmony in Action Cross-Cultural Non-Profits Fair on Saturday, May 25th, 2018 from 7:30AM to 3:30PM. The location will be in Patio B at Balboa Park. It is located right next to Casa del Prado Theater, near the Natural History Museum. Please be advised that we are looking for day-of-volunteers who will be able to stay and assist for the whole shift. We especially need help with setting-up and breaking-down for this event.
This fair consists of informational tables staffed by the senior employees of over two dozen cross-culturally oriented non-profits or non-profit branches operating right here in San Diego, CA. Many of these organizations have volunteer opportunities available, so this should be a great opportunity for you, your friends, and/or colleagues to find out about the wonderful work these organizations do and what their volunteer positions entail. Mission Statement
The Worldview Project’s educational mission is to promote greater cross-cultural awareness, understanding and engagement. We accomplish our mission through the publication of The San Diego Participant Observer online magazine, the producing of events such as the Harmony & Motion International Music and Dance Festival and the Harmony in Action Cross-cultural Non Profits Fair and through collaborations with other organizations. Our organization’s greatest achievements and involvement are currently within our San Diego community, but we strive to have an impact on local, regional and national levels.
