Compassionate Care volunteers support to our patients and families in a variety of ways, they can help by offering:
- Supportive presence
- Listening ear
- Reading
- Pet Therapy
By being a hospice volunteer, you can gain great personal satisfaction from knowing that you have made an impact in another person’s life and in your community.
Volunteers are strongly encouraged to use their time, skills and interests in whatever way best meets the needs of our patients and their family members. Complete Volunteer Training and Certification is provided in both a group and individual setting.
