Volunteers should be accepting of other cultures and provide positive, encouraging feedback to their student(s), adapting to the learners' ability and needs. Instruction is one-on-one or in small groups, depending on the location. Some sites meet at specific times; some libraries allow the student and tutor to choose their time and use a study room. Evening or weekend times are available at some sites. It's flexible! We'll work with your schedule.
