We are looking for a volunteer who assist with our online communications and social media presence. We need a person who is keenly interested in art and able to gather and share information about our classes, programs and events. The person should be able to help with all aspects including photography, copy writing and editing. They should be well organized and able to help maintain our electronic media calendar, The position reports directly to our executive director.
Put together a monthly electronic content calendar.
Research and find appropriate content to use with our communication program.
Write copy appropriate to the various media (Online calendar postings, web pages, E-mail, facebook, twitter etc.
Image editing and graphic creation
Prepare all materials for review and approval.
Schedule social media content to post at least two weeks in advance
Report all results and analytics to the Executive Director regularly.
We use google office online allowing some of the work to be done from home.
On site we the entire adobe suite to use for graphics and image preparation.
About a 4-6 hour time requirement per month.
