Volunteer Hands

Are you interested in supporting an organization that strengthens families and prevents child abuse? Are you "handy" around an office - filing, copying, laminating, answering calls? Do you enjoy a variety of tasks in a nonprofit setting? We need you!

The Exchange Family Center is looking for volunteers to assist in the office. Tasks for our volunteers will vary based on the current needs of the organization. Volunteer tasks can vary widely depending on the needs of the programs. However, these typically include:

  • Filing, Copying, and Collating
  • Data Entry
  • Shredding
  • Labeling
  • Laminating
  • Reception Assistance
  • Office Organization and Inventory
  • Assisting with Mail-Outs
  • Other Program Assistance (such as assembling classroom tools)

Volunteer shifts are able to be scheduled Monday - Thursday from 9 AM - 4:15 PM. We are generally able to accommodate volunteers for up to 5-10 hours per week.

If this sounds like a good fit or if you'd like more information, we’d love to hear from you! Have questions? Please feel free to contact Danielle at danielledo@exchangefamilycenter.org.
