Are you passionate about helping underpriviledged children get the best education and healthcare possible? Put you skill set to work and help us give every child the tools they need to be the best they can be!

Children Across America is currently seeking volunteers to help with Saturday fundraisers at Bellingham Walmart. We take pictures with the kids in our Dr. Suess photo booth and ask people to donate a dollar to help a child in need learn to read. Very low key and casual. 9-2 PM, you can work a few hours or all 5! FIRST DATE IS SATURDAY JUNE 30TH! Without money, its just a great idea!

Children Across America is a 501C3 children's nonprofit providing free preventative healthcare and educational programs focusing on literacy to children in need and whose families cannot afford them. We have homework clubs, book clubs, reading groups, tutoring, anti bullying and self esteem building classes, we sign children up for Mass Health and SNAP, we have a clothing and toy closet and many more community services.

We are a 100% volunteer organization. Students welcome, we can also do unpaid internships or you can get your public service credits working with us. A child who reads becomes an adult who thinks!

Retired, semi retired, mothers, housewives, students, teachers we need you too. Company groups are always welcome. Give some of your time and skills to help needy children in your community.
