The Virginia Air & Space Center plays a key role in making the Hampton skyline unique and memorable.

The Virginia Air & Space Center is looking for friendly individuals to greet our guests as they arrive and answer any questions they may have before their visit begins.

We are looking for volunteers interested in volunteering on a reoccurring basis. This position also includes an opportunity to volunteer in our other volunteer positions.

The mission of the Virginia Air & Space Center is to educate, entertain, and inspire explorers of all ages.

Description

The Virginia Air & Space Center is the visitor center for NASA Langley Research Center and Langley Air Force Base.

Located in Hampton, Virginia, the birthplace of America’s space program, the Virginia Air & Space Center features interactive aviation exhibits spanning 100 years of flight, more than 30 historic aircraft, a hands-on space exploration gallery, unique space flight artifacts, and more! The Center is home to the Apollo 12 Command Module and the Orion PA-1 Test Vehicle.
