We are in need of volunteers to sit with our pateints in Freeland at Barton Woods assisted living facility and offer companionship 1 day a week for an hour or two if you can spare the time for a hospice patient in need toward their end of life please contact Crystal at The Medical Team Hospice.

Mission Statement
The Medical Team offers the strength and support of dedicated, training caregivers. Our mutidisciplinary team of hospice specialist includes a Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, CNA's, pharmacists, social worker, chaplain, bereavement and volunteer coordinator.
Description
The Medical Team is also able to offer the care of trained Volunteers----people who understand the emotional and logistical burdens of this trying time, and are committed to providing companionship and interaction.
