Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data‐entry of volunteer applications and supplemental materials into CRM Dynamics database, including documenting and uploading
• Data‐entry of volunteer timesheets
• Assist in the coordination and organization of RSVPs received for volunteer related
  events, such as orientations
• Assist with volunteer related events, such as setting up/tearing down, and preparing refreshments as required
• Assist in responding to volunteer inquires (phone, email, in person) as necessary
• Assist in covering the Front Desk on an as needed basis

• Represent MTI in a professional, positive and enthusiastic way
• Answer multiple incoming phone lines
• Transfer calls to appropriate staff members/hot lines
• Greet all visitors / ensure guests sign in and receive badges

Other Duties:

• Filing of materials
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience as an administrative assistant, or in office setting
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Willingness to learn Microsoft CRM Dynamics database computer program
