Osteoporosis affects 1-in-3 women and 1-8 men over the age of 60. Through exercise and education osteoporosis can be controlled. We need volunteers to help stop Osteoporosis.
Help us expand into Ontario County! We just need a couple leaders and the group will be ready to go!
Bone Builders helps those with Osteoporosis control their disease and those at risk to minimize and delay onset. We will train leaders to present the program correctly.
