WE NEED YOUR HELP
There is an immediate impact to providing basic resources for someone in need. Food not only feeds bellies but feeds hope and a feeling of security. Knowing there is somewhere to turn to if you are unsafe in your home brings empowerment and options. Family Pathways is here to help those who need food.

We are making sure that during this time we are following all CDC guidelines and their will be specific training.

Volunteers are helping at the food shelves with a variety of tasks and packing boxes of food for the clients who drive up for pickups. Food Shelves are considered an essential service. Proper protocols are in place to protect our clients, volunteers, and staff.

If you are interested in volunteering please reach out to volunteer manager Brooke Zank at brookez@familypathways.org you can also go to www.familypathways.org to complete the application form.

Description

We have been committed to standing by the side of our neighbors since 1978. We’ve done this by working together with partners, individuals, businesses, organizations, and faith communities who are passionate about their communities. Over the past four decades, we’ve adapted to the needs of the communities we serve in the City of Forest Lake; Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota and Polk County in Wisconsin.

Family Pathways’ support services provides healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation, services for older adults and caregivers.

Volunteers come from all walks of life, backgrounds, service groups, businesses, youth groups, and educational systems. Some are brought to our agency through the court system to complete community service hours. We strive to provide everyone with an opportunity to contribute.
