What is the Mobile Food Bank?

Emergency Food Network has teamed up with FISH Food Banks of Pierce County to bring food to people in need in underserved communities.

Where and when?

We currently have a volunteer opening at the Tillicum/Kings Barber location Thursdays from 12:30 - 3:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to lend a hand once a month or once a week! It’s also great for individuals and groups who have multiple members/staff that can rotate through the position(s).

What are the volunteer roles and qualifications?

A group of volunteers help check clients in on a computer and assist clients with selecting and bagging food. A member of FISH’s staff is on-site at all times. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Registration is required.

To register and learn more... Contact EFN’s Volunteer Coordinator at (253) 584-1040 or email volunteer@efoodnet.org.
