PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Manage and administer client satisfaction surveys to clients who request emergency assistance from the American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) program. Surveys are a tool for evaluating client satisfaction and program effectiveness. These surveys can help us assess the quality and strength of our service programs at the local, regional and national levels.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible, with scheduled commitment. ｠Can be done remotely and from home.
- Orientation to the American Red Cross
- Specific SAF online casework and case management system training
- Specific SAF classroom training regarding Client Services practices, policies and procedures
- SAF basic training webinars (SAF Overview; Military 101; Family Followup, etc.)
