To support deployed military personnel families who sent an emergency message to a service member to request emergency leave (death, illness, leave extension, birth)

- Complete 2 online course in EMBARQ:SAF Introduction to Casework; Case Management Self-Serve
- Face to face training with SAF Manager/Caseworker to learn how to read/understand cases
- Practice calls
