Volunteer Bill Payers provide assistance to elderly and disabled individuals who need help managing their finances. Bill Payers ensure that an elders' bills are paid on time and essential needs are met.
Responsibilities include
- sorting mail,
- organizing bills,
- monitoring income and expenses,
- developing budgets and
- writing checks for the elder's signature.
This is an essential service that enables seniors and people with disabilities to continue to stay in their own homes and communities. Volunteers primarily work with elders in their homes. Volunteers are screened, trained, supervised and insured.

Description
Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts (ASNCM) is a not-for-profit agency that offers a variety of home care programs to elders and people living with a disability who reside in 21 cities and towns in Northern Worcester county. Our services include information and referral, options counseling, home care services, alternative housing, adult protective services and money management.
