ORGANIZATION: GLOSS Sisterhood

GLOSS believes that compelling young ladies to accept only God's best and inspiring them through their multiple phases of life is in alignment with Titus 2, which advises older women to teach younger women. This bonding relationship strengthens young ladies chances to become awesome women of God and decreases the risk of becoming an adverse statistic.

As a Phase Coach, you will work with other chapter volunteers to:

  • Deliver a sum of experiences that will inspire spiritual and personal development

  • Attend and facilitate signature program, Butterfly Cafe when scheduled

  • Communicate with GLOSS young ladies to cultivate a healthy mentoring relationship.

GLOSS will provide guidance and trainings so you will be prepared to serve in this role.

Description

GLOSS is a unique, faith-based, lifetime sisterhood for young ladies, ages 5 to 25. We assist young ladies in shining and fluttering as they blossom through the multiple phases of life. Through our 3 signature programs and events, GLOSS girls will gain friendships, community service opportunities, personal development, a deeper love for God and a variety of educational enrichment experiences.
