Our Hope Gala is soon approaching on Friday, May 10th at Mandalay Bay. We are honoring The Ellis Family for their community service and determination to improve the quality of life for people in our community.
PLEASE NOTE, ALL VOLUNTEERS FRIDAY NIGHT MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD. All other opportunities are open to all ages.
We will begin setting up on site Thursday afternoon. We are looking for volunteers to help us:
- load items at the office on Thursday
- unload and set up on Thursday at Mandalay Bay
- finish setting up during the day on Friday
- during the event Friday night
- clean up after the event on Friday night
