Antelope Valley Partners for Health's mission is to serve as a catalyst that enhances community health, wellness, and quality of life in the Antelope Valley through collaboration of local residents, agencies, faith based organizations and government entities. Under the Pervention and Aftercare Service program, volunteers will be trained to become Family Coaches to conduct monitored visitations for families in the Department of Child and Family Services.
