We could not do the work we do without the help of amazing volunteers like you! Thank you for taking your time to share your passion for heart disease and stroke prevention with others!

***DAY-PRIOR OPPORTUNITIES (4/24/17, 1pm-4pm)

Assistance with load-in of decor/supplies, as well as setup

***DAY-OF OPPORTUNITIES (4/25/17, 9am-1:45pm)

Greeters - stationed at various points outside and within the event. Greeting guests warmly as they enter, directing them to key location and answering questions to the best of your ability.

Registration - Greet guests warmly as they approach the registration area, helping them check-in for the event and acquire their bid card.

Silent Auction - Setting up the auction tables and monitoring them during the event. The silent auction will be closing at 11:30am.

Auction Tear Down & Packaging - Taking down the auction tables, moving all auction items to Registration and helping package them for winner pick up at the end of the event.

Open Your Heart - During the luncheon program, there will be an Open Your Heart moment when guests will have the opportunity to donate to the mission. Teams of 2 will station themselves at the back of the room and, once given the "go ahead", collect donations cards held in the air by donors and present them with a red scarfas a thank-you gift.

***EVENT-PREP OPPORTUNITIES (The week prior to the event- various hours when available)

Additionally, we will have various opportunities leading up to the luncheon. Tasks/projects such as packaging auction items, assistance with mailings and data entry.
