Volunteer in Arc Mercer's HR Dept. Place phone calls to employment references, assemble document packets, some computer spreadsheet work. Main need right now is for filing but the aforementioned jobs will be part of what you do. See, first hand, everyday HR activities at work in busy dept. and gain valuable office skills! Weekday hours but choose your own schedule, according to the needs of the program. Two days a week would be ideal.
