At Crossroads Hospice, we are dedicated to providing quality end of life care. We recognize the sacrifices that men and women of the armed forces have made in serving their country. Our patients are celebrated with programs like Veteran's Recognition Program and Life Journals.
The only thing better than having a compassionate volunteer involved with our patients is to have a compassionate veteran volunteer to be involved with our veteran patients.
