Make a difference in others' lives by offering support and friendship to an older adult with special needs! As a Senior Companion, you will work one-on-one with a Families First client by providing services such as reading books, running errands, or offering a listening ear. This volunteer position is flexible, and we will work closely with you to determine your volunteer schedule and tasks.

Description
Services include individual, marital and family counseling; domestic violence treatment groups for victims, batterers and children; chemical dependency treatment programs; counseling and homemaker services for elderly; protective care services for Marion County residents with mental illness, disability or age-related challenges; family, parent and community education; counseling and support for relative caregivers; and a family strengthening program for school-aged children and their families.
