Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care
After long nights and cold weather we at Crossroad Hospice like to provide sunshine to those who are facing a life limiting illness. Since we can’t harness the sunshine and deliver it to the patients, we had to do the next best thing. We have a new program that is designed to help people by bringing fresh flowers to their rooms and homes. The volunteers will create a floral arrangement in a vase and then deliver the flowers to the patients. It is really a win-win situation. Your mood will be improved by seeing and smelling fresh flowers, and you will be bringing a gift to those who need it the most.
Become a member of our dedicated team of volunteers who help provide extra love and comfort to the families and friends. You decide how much time you can devote and we can match your interests and schedule. You will receive specialized training conducted by the members of our team. Some of this training may be completed on your own time in the comfort of your own home.
We have patients in Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

Our Mission Crossroads is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative and hospice care are viewed and administered so that everyone can expect more.
Description:
Crossroads cares for patients with life limiting illnesses as well as provides support on many levels to loved ones and caregivers. The staff and volunteers at Crossroads Hospice believe that we live until the day we die, and the quality of our life is important even though we are ill. Crossroads Hospice provides a team approach to care that provides medical, psychological, social, and spiritual care.
What makes us different from other Hospice programs is that we ask ourselves every day the question, "why not?" This question helps us to find new and better ways to deliver hospice care to patients, families, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. It helps us connect with our communities, share our knowledge, be accessible 24/7, innovate, lead, and raise the bar. "Why Not?" has helped us create a hospice experience we believe is second to none....and we are confident you’ll agree.
