What is hospice? Who are hospice patients? Isn’t working for hospice depressing? Why do they need volunteers? What can I do to help? Give us a call! We would love to answer any questions you have as well as find out about your special skills!
At Crossroads Hospice, we are always looking for new ways to engage our patients and volunteers. Are you musical, have a pet you want to share, enjoy the art of flower arranging, are artistic, enjoy playing games or reading to others? By helping others do you find that you can learn so much about yourself and enhance your experiences, and offer new meaning to your life? Do you have a knack for event planning? Let us know?
For more information reply to post or contact Kimberly Mumper at 215-956-5110. We offer services in Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

Description
Description:
Crossroads cares for patients with life limiting illnesses as well as provides support on many levels to loved ones and caregivers. The staff and volunteers at Crossroads Hospice believe that we live until the day we die, and the quality of our life is important even though we are ill. Crossroads Hospice provides a team approach to care that provides medical, psychological, social, and spiritual care.
What makes us different from other Hospice programs is that we ask ourselves every day the question, "why not?" This question helps us to find new and better ways to deliver hospice care to patients, families, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. It helps us connect with our communities, share our knowledge, be accessible 24/7, innovate, lead, and raise the bar. "Why Not?" has helped us create a hospice experience we believe is second to none....and we are confident you’ll agree.
