Very special opportunity for a very special person. Learn about rescue and dog handling. Cuddles, playtime, and possibly walks with the dogs. Willingness to help with basic cleaning and other chores around the sanctuary while there would be appreciated as well.
This position is best suited to those carrying a very light calendar of obligations, and who can commit to minimum 3 hours per day, at least 1 day per week. We invest valuable time and effort in training the volunteer for this position, so we seek a long-term a commitment to the position.

Our Mission: Develop and provide services to improve protection of companion animals (specifically but not exclusively canines), help elevate their status in society, and increase lifesaving without the use of coercion, intimidation, pain, force, or fear leveraging. PTA’s public awareness & education programs seek to decrease abuse, harm, abandonment, and neglect while increasing care, safety, and well-being.

Our Perspective: We view "rescue" as a principle that guides myriad practices leading to safe, well, and happy animals. Protect Them All therefore offers a variety of programs aimed at lifesaving via the protection of companion animals and elevation of their societal status. Each of our projects is one star in a constellation of humane, anti-aversives education, training, and emotional / behavioral literacy programs for companion canines and their humans. Through these, we work toward a day when the revolving doors of suffering and surrender are replaced with completely capable forever homes.
