Summit Academy changes lives. We help people in the Twin Cities get out of poverty and into meaningful living-wage careers. We’re an accredited vocational school with 20 and 30 week training programs for careers in construction and healthcare. We offer no-cost programs- no student pays or takes out students loans to attend Summit Academy.
Summit Academy OIC is looking for volunteers who are interested in supporting our adult learners in writing and language art skills. Volunteer opportunities are during the day and opportunities are one to two hours per week. As a Summit Prep tutor, you will helping our learners succeed in their academic goals. We look forward to introducing you to our work, our staff, and importantly, our students!

Summit Academy OIC is a non-profit vocational training and educational center in North Minneapolis with over 50 years' experience helping Twin Cities' adults and youth in economically depressed neighborhoods acquire the tools they need to become educated, employed and self-supporting.
